Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide GH secretagogue that acts on the ghrelin receptor with high specificity. Unlike GHRP-6, ipamorelin does not significantly stimulate cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH release at GH-releasing doses, making it the most selective GHRP studied.
