GHRP-2 (pralmorelin) is a synthetic hexapeptide GH secretagogue that acts on the ghrelin receptor. It is considered the most potent of the GHRP family for GH release. Unlike GHRP-6, it has less appetite-stimulating effect while maintaining strong GH release. It is approved in Japan as a diagnostic agent for GH deficiency.
